5th Annual Kicks 4 Kids Fundraiser

Kicks 4 kids is a foundation geared to ensure that every school aged inner city youth has adequate footwear.
Their mission is to alleviate one of the most burdensome social pressures for inner city youth, which often leads to bullying. With the support from our community stakeholders, they will be able to boost self confidence while providing one of the most basic needs.
On May 15th 2015, Kicks4Kids will be hosting its 5th annual fundraiser at The Drive Table Tennis Social Club located at 645 Griswold st unit 144 Detroit,MI form 7pm to 11pm.

Detroit’s own comedian, radio personality and Life Coach, CoCo has partnered with Pontiac Discount Pharmacy and Young Concerned Detroiters (YCD) for a “Back to School Rally” on Saturday, September 6th in a collective effort to educate, empower and prepare one hundred (100) children to return to school ready to learn. The mission of YCD is to empower young mothers through sisterhood, community engagement, mentoring and career development. The goal of Young Concerned Detroiters is to be a resource of health and wellness for mothers and their children in the Metro Detroit area.

Detroit's own comedian, radio personality and Life Coach, CoCo has partnered with YCD, Sow A Seed and DRMM(Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries in a "Salute to Sisterhood on Saturday May 10th in a collective effort to educate, empower and pamper at least 30 women and children who currently reside at Genesis HouseII. Genesis House II provides housing for mothers and their children, as well as additional life skill services to ensure their success within society and they are an extension of DRMM(Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries).

Pontiac Meals on Wheels Program in conjunction with the Area Agency on Aging 1B16th Annual Golf Outing

The mission of the Pontiac Meals on Wheels Program in conjunction with the Area Agency on Aging 1B is to serve elderly residents of Sylvan Lake, Keego Harbor and Pontiac. According to Rosa L. Randolph, Program Director, “more than 80% of the seniors we serve are economically depressed”. The program distributes approximately 300 meals per day, Monday through Friday. 2012 Agents of Hope Benefit Fashion & Cultural Show

The family of Pontiac Discount Pharmacy wholeheartedly subscribes to aiding the hopeless in many ways. Agents of Hope is a non-profit organization committed to spreading hope to individuals and families in disadvantaged situations through mentorship, financial literacy and other charitable means for the Detroit Metro community. According to Mrs. Coleman, “as a community leader, we look forward to participating in support of Agents of Hope.
